Mid-May (4th-22nd) Low - ~20-25 min
After the cheer competition season ends (Summit Championship, May 2) and before Memorial Day weekend (May 31). An excellent 3+ week window with lovely weather and low crowds. UK May half-term (31 May - 4 Jun) falls right at the end.
Early December (1st-14th) Moderate - ~23-25 min
Holiday decorations are up across all parks, but US schools have not yet broken up. Crowds stay manageable until around Dec 18-19. Good weather (low 20s C) and festive atmosphere without the Christmas peak madness. Term-time only.
Late January (after MLK Day) Moderate - ~23-25 min
After the Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend (Jan 18) and cheerleading nationals settle, late January is relatively calm. Cool, pleasant weather (high teens C). Avoid the first week of January which is still in the Christmas/NYE peak.

How Does Epic Universe Affect Florida Crowds in 2027?
Universal's Epic Universe opened in May 2025 and will be in its second full year by 2027. The initial novelty surge should ease, though it continues to draw additional visitors to Orlando overall.
